Reviews for OTC 4020 Air/Hydraulic Pump (Tools & Home Improvement) Same pump as SPX however totally different label. Guts might be totally different however I doubt it. I bought this to replace my SPX however was once able to get my SPX working so I returned it unused. They say these are serviceable but for the associated fee of parts then labor your actually better of changing it or seeing if which you can get it working through something easy. The major piston used to be iced up up in mine from sitting to lengthy. Tried to lube via the air inlet but that was once inconceivable to get sufficient fluid in to free it up. Ended up taking it aside and greasing the heck out of the piston. Was no lengthyer as giant a deal as I idea but REALLY messy.
